Essence - Refurbishment of Existing Offices

The revamped Essence office features sleek concrete floors and contemporary furnishings that create a warm and welcoming reception for visitors.
Enhanced space planning — including new meeting rooms, collaboration zones, and breakout areas — fosters a connected and communal workplace atmosphere.
Apparent Office Fitout
- Redfern
Using existing high vaulted ceilings and plentiful natural lighting, we completed a fit out for Apparent for their move to new 1000 sq m offices in Redfern.
After experiencing substantial growth Apparent expanded into the adjoining 360 sq m tenancy where we completed another fit out consistent with their original office.
High ceilings throughout including inside meeting rooms and offices makes for a bright and welcoming office space. Large custom made workstations provide ample workspace and the construction of a series of large and small meeting rooms gives staff the opportunity for quick collaborative catch ups and more formal meetings.
